Planned Maintenance (PM) Program Assistant – Part Time

Location: On-site part-time in Norwood, MA (20-25 hours week)

Position Description
The PM Program Assistant will work directly with the PM Manager to complete a wide range of PM-related duties. Candidate should be organized, have strong attention to detail and follow through along with the ability to build rapport with customers and team members. The PM Program Assistant reports directly to PM Manager.

Main Responsibilities
  • Maintain PM invoices and program logs
  • Provide specific account updates as identified
  • Enter recurring PM requests (monthly, quarterly, etc.)
  • Stage water filters for monthly PMs  
  • Order, prepare and organize PM Program equipment stickers
  • Move PM Program data to digital archives
  • Print, bind and organize PM Program books
  • Maintain PM Program customer contact info and preferences
Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Previous administrative experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively to achieve common goals
  • Experience with MS Office
Education and/or Experience
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
